The Financial Management Committee supports the Executive Director in preparing the annual budget proposal to the board of directors and makes recommendations to the board for financial management and investment policies.

Prospective committee members should have a background in or familiarity with accounting principles and terms.

Time Commitment: The Financial Management Committee meets once or twice during the fall to review the Executive Director's draft budget proposal. Other meetings may be called by the committee chair as needed, or may be dealt with by email.
